This manual sets forth revised policies, procedures, and standards governing the administration of the Marine Corps historical program; and delineates the responsibilities of the History Division, the National Museum of the Marine Corps, field commands, and the Historical Resources Branch (Archives) in the planning, conduct, and execution of this program.
