Interagency Civilian Nominations

The Vice President for Academic Affairs invites nominations to Marine Corps University academic year 2023-2024 (AY24) student body. Nomination applications for both Command & Staff College (GS/GM-12/13) and War College (GS/GM-14/15) will be accepted until 31 March 2023. Approved nominees will be notified no later than 24 April. Please email MCU_Registrar@usmcu.edu for a full description of requirements and nomination process.

Transcripts

Students who attended resident MCWAR, SAW, CSC, or EWS should use the transcript request form found below.

All non-resident students should request an official transcript through MarineNet: https://www.marinenet.usmc.mil

All other USMC schools can obtain a JST transcript at: https://jst.doded.mil/jst/

Transcripts are normally processed within five (5) business days. However, if you request a transcript during May-July, please allow two weeks for your transcript to be processed, as this is our busy season. All correspondence is sent via military mail.

Enrollment and Degree Verification

Third parties such as prospective employers, the government or finical institutions requiring proof of enrollment or degree completion may send request to mcu_registrar@usmcu.edu. A signed release from the student/subject of inquiry is required.
