Students who attended resident MCWAR, SAW, CSC, or EWS should use the transcript request form found below.

All non-resident students should request an official transcript through MarineNet: https://www.marinenet.usmc.mil

All other USMC schools can obtain a JST transcript at: https://jst.doded.mil/jst/

Transcripts are normally processed within five (5) business days. However, if you request a transcript during May-July, please allow two weeks for your transcript to be processed, as this is our busy season. All correspondence is sent via military mail.

Enrollment and Degree Verification

Third parties such as prospective employers, the government or finical institutions requiring proof of enrollment or degree completion may send request to mcu_registrar@usmcu.edu. A signed release from the student/subject of inquiry is required.

Resident MCU students that need proof of enrollment can contact the Registrar Office for a proof of enrollment letter.

regalia information

Former MCU students subsequently engaged as faculty in academia elsewhere, and whose highest degree is one of MCU's master degrees, is authorized to wear MCU regalia, at his or her own option and expense, in appropriate academic settings.

MCU’s master’s regalia consists of a black master’s robe, master’s hood of white trim, scarlet lining and gold chevron, and a six-sided black tam and tassel.
