Troy Morton

Troy Morton leads the curriculum development efforts for the College of Enlisted Military Education (the Enlisted College). Morton’s efforts include identifying appropriate learning outcomes for each of the Enlisted College’s schools, overseeing plans of action and milestones using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) curriculum development model, and managing the discrepancy correction request program to ensure appropriate and timely corrections are made to the Enlisted College’s curricula. Prior to joining MCU, Morton was the Education Program Manager for Headquarters Air Force located at the Pentagon, Washington D.C. (2010-2013), the Aircraft Maintenance Training Program Manager at Luke Air Force Base in Glendale, Arizona (2009-2010), and the Base Level Education and Training Program Manager at Luke Air Force Base in Glendale, Arizona (2005-2009).
