Command And Staff College

Overview

The Command and Staff College is a ten-month program for majors, lieutenant commanders, and U.S. government civilian professionals that fulfills Joint Professional Military Education Phase I requirements. Students have the option of completing the requirements for a Master of Military Studies (MMS) degree.

Mission Statement

The Marine Corps Command and Staff College provides graduate level education and training in order to develop critical thinkers, innovative problem solvers, and ethical leaders who will serve as commanders and staff officers in service, joint, inter-agency, intergovernmental, and multinational organizations confronting complex and uncertain security environments.
