LT Anderson is the Senior Naval Instructor at Expeditionary Warfare School and an experienced Surface Warfare Officer with a strong background in nuclear propulsion and maritime operations.
A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a B.S. in Systems Engineering, she served her initial sea tour as the Communications Officer aboard USS Gridley (DDG 101), where she earned her Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) qualification.
Subsequently served aboard USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) as Reactor Mechanical Division Officer and Assistant Reactor Training Assistant, qualifying as Propulsion Plant Watch Officer, Engineer Officer of the Watch, and achieving the Nuclear Engineer Officer qualification through Naval Reactors.
A graduate of the Naval War College's Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I, she currently serves as the Senior Naval Instructor at Expeditionary Warfare School, contributing to curriculum development focused on Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Operations Afloat.
