With over 20 years of dedicated experience in Facilities Project Management, Ms. Jennybelle Crespo has developed robust expertise across all aspects of the facilities field. Her career began in the private sector as a Facilities Engineer, where she was responsible for planning, leading, and integrating facilities-support across multiple facilities.
Following her private-sector career, Ms. Crespo began her Federal Government career at Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington. There, she worked for seven (7) years as a Project Manager of Military Construction (MILCON) projects in the National Capital Region, further developing her expertise in comprehensive planning, design, and construction management.
In 2015, Ms. Crespo joined Marine Corps University (MCU) as the Facilities Plans Officer. In this role, she was responsible for planning, leading, and integrating all aspects of facilities-support across MCU campuses (CONUS & OCONUS). She also served as MCU’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Military Construction (MILCON) projects and coordinated planning and program changes with higher headquarters and Installations to ensure compliance and alignment of projects.
In 2026, Ms. Crespo was promoted to Director of Facilities / Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff, G-4 at Marine Corps University. In her new role, she provides leadership and strategic oversight of MCU’s facilities programs, ensuring effective planning, management, and execution of facilities requirements in support of the University’s mission.
Ms. Crespo obtained a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Turabo in Puerto Rico. In addition, in 2019, she completed the Executive Potential Program (EPP) in preparation to serve at the highest levels of the organization.
Ms. Crespo’s varied background in engineering, project management, and leadership of interdisciplinary teams provides a strong foundation for her role as a highly skilled Facilities Professional and Leader.
