The Center for Regional and Security Studies (CRSS) has been deactivated as of July 2024. As part of this deactivation, the Regional and Culture Studies Program (RCSP) has also been placed into an inactive status and is no longer available for enrollment on Marine Net. Legacy Language, Regional Expertise, and Culture (LREC) briefs and other resources can still be accessed on MarineNet at the following location: https://portal.marinenet.usmc.mil/content/mnet-portal/en/library/Folder.3.html
