With over 20 years of dedicated experience in Facilities Project Management, Ms. Jennybelle Crespo has developed a robust expertise in all the aspects of the facilities field. Her career began working in the private sector as a Facilities Engineer responsible for planning, leading and integrating all aspects of facilities support of multiple facilities.
Following her private sector career, Ms. Crespo started her Federal Government career at Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington, where she worked for seven (7) years as a Project Manager of military construction (MILCON) projects in the National Capital Region, increasing her experience in comprehensive planning, design and construction management.
In 2015, Ms. Crespo started a new position as the Facilities Plans Officer for Marine Corps University (MCU). In her current role, she is responsible for planning, leading and integrating all aspects of facilities support within MCU Campuses (CONUS & OCONUS). She also functions as MCU’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding Military Construction (MILCON) projects and coordinates planning and program changes with higher headquarters and Installations to ensure compliance and alignment of projects.
Ms. Crespo obtained a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Turabo in Puerto Rico. In addition, in 2019 she completed the Executive Potential Program (EPP) as she prepares to serve at the highest levels.
Ms. Crespo's varied background in Engineering, Project Management, and experience leading interdisciplinary teams, provides the perfect foundation to position her as a highly skilled professional in the field of Facilities.
