Mr. Daniel C. Rice is a China Military and Political Strategy Subject Matter Expert with the Brute Krulak Center for Innovation and Future Warfare. Prior to this position, he worked as a Non-Resident Senior Fellow Research Analyst for the Mitchell Institute for Aerospace Studies.
