Lt Col Joseph O. Chapa, USAF, holds a doctorate in philosophy from the University of Oxford. His previous positions include:

  • Department of the Air Force Chief Responsible AI Ethics Officer, Office of the Chief Data and AI Officer, the Pentagon, Washington DC.
  • Department of Defense Liaison to the Special Competitive Studies Project, Washington DC.
