Major Cox is the Marine Corps Planning Course Director at Expeditionary Warfare School. He’ is an artillery officer who did two operational tours at 11th Marine Regiment and a support establishment tour at the Tactical Training and Exercise Control Group in Twentynine Palms, CA.  He deployed twice with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit and once with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, all in the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility. He is a graduate of non-resident Marine Corps Command and Staff College, resident Expeditionary Warfare School, and non-resident Expeditionary Warfare School.
