Robert Kozloski

 

Robert Kozloski is the Chief of Staff for the US Naval Community College.  Mr. Kozloski enlisted in the US Navy in 1985 and was part of the Sound Surveillance System (SOSUS). He was selected to the Enlisted Education Advancement Program and Enlisted Commissioning Program. He was commissioned in the US Marine Corps in 1997, and held a variety of leadership positions until his retirement in 2007.

Mr. Kozloski was the Chief Analyst for the Education For Seapower Study. This landmark study identified the need to improve enlisted education by creating the first naval community college.  He has been part of its development since its inception.

Prior to this position, Mr. Kozloski was a program manager at the Department of Homeland Security, Defense Intelligence Agency, and Department of the Navy. Robert Kozloski received his BS degree from Old Dominion University, MA degree from Johns Hopkins, and is currently a PhD Candidate in International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh.
