5-3 COA WG Overview

Narrator: The wargaming process involves a detailed assessment of each course of action as it pertains to the enemy and the battlespace. Friendly courses of action are individually pitted against selected enemy most likely, most dangerous COAs. Ultimately, wargaming assists the commander and staff in identifying strengths, weaknesses, and risks along with asset, capability and planning shortfalls. In this lesson, you will learn about the injects, activities, and results of this step. Throughout the lesson, you will apply what you learned to the scenario described in the course introduction.
