Newscaster Carla Meyers: Good morning. GNN has learned from a reliable source that Libyan forces have captured the Mezzouna oil fields and occupy Sfax in the nation of Tunisia. These forces seem to be the lead elements of the Libyan Western Operations Group, said to consist of more than fourteen brigades or firty thousand troops. These Libyan forces have been recently seen reinforcing their defensive positions. An emergency session of the UN security council has been called for later today.
