8-1 Transition Intro

Narrator: Welcome to the final step of the Marine Corps Planning Process, Transition. Transition provides for an orderly handover of a plan or order as it is passed to those who are tasked with the execution of the operation. It provides those who will execute the plan or order with the situational awareness and rationale for key decisions necessary to ensure that there is a smooth and coherent shift from planning to execution.
