7-22 Friendly Forces

Narrator: Paragraph 1-d identifies the friendly forces involved in the operation. This includes the higher headquarters, the adjacent commands, and the supporting commands. Friendly centers of gravity are identified, as well. Finally, governmental and non-governmental organizations associated with the operation are listed, such as the Red Cross, NGOs, Private Volunteer Organizations, and State Department taskings and locations. A list of all friendly forces assigned to the operation is contained in Annex A, Task Organizations, to the OPORD. Higher, adjacent, and support mission statements, intent, and tasks should be included as appropriate.
