Narrator: The Simple Ranking Comparison Matrix quantitatively ranks each COA. This method minimizes perceptual bias and intuitive insight. Each COA is ranked within each criterion. The rankings are summed to provide insight on which COA most favorably meets the commander's criteria. The COA with the lowest total is the favored COA.
