4-1 COA Dev Intro

Narrator: Course of Action, or COA Development is the second and most challenging step of the Marine Corps Planning Process. It is designed to generate one or more options for the follow-on wargaming and comparison that satisfy the mission, the commander's intent, and the commander's planning guidance, informed by Design during Problem Framing. The products of this step become injects to subsequent steps.
