Narrator: Problem Framing provides the foundation of your plan. In this lesson, you will review and analyze the IPB, mission statements, intent, orders, guidance, and other information that is provided by higher headquarters. Having a clear understanding of the operational environment, problem, mission's purpose essential tasks involved, and the commander's intent can mean the difference between success and failure. Ultimately, you will produce a unit mission statement and assist your commander with the further development of his intent and guidance. This lesson will introduce you to the injects required to perform Problem Framing.
