CHANGE CONTROL BOARD

MCU IT conducts a Change Control Board review whenever an unapproved application or hardware is requested to be added to the network or a device that is connected to the network. Each MCU IT department has a representative that is a member of the board.

Download the below form, fill it out and email it to helpdesk@usmcu.edu to begin the review process. The Helpdesk will review the form and forward it to the CCB Manager for processing. The requester will be contacted by the CCB Manager if there are further questions or a determination has been made.
