Major Assignments

Served as the S-4 Alpha, Maintenance Management Officer (MMO), and Embark Officer with 3d Battalion, 1st Marines
(3/1); and Battalion Landing Team 3/1, which deployed with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) on six month
western Pacific (WESTPAC) float; while on float, served additional duty as the Team Embarkation Officer aboard the
USS TARAWA from Camp Pendleton, CA. Served as the S-4A, MMO, and Engineer Officer with III MEF Headquarters
Group (MHG) and as the Support Branch Head with Special Operations Training Group (SOTG) with III Marine
Expeditionary Force (MEF) in Okinawa. Served as S-4A, Embark/ Motor Transport/ MMO Officer with Marine Security
Forces Battalion in Norfolk, VA. Served with the 3d Battalion, 1st Brigade, 1st Iraqi Army Division on a Military
Transition Team (MiTT) for one year in Habbaniyah, Iraq. Served as the Operations Officer and Executive Officer with
Marine Wing Support Squadron 273 in Beaufort, SC; during which he completed a six month deployment to Al Asad,
Iraq. Served as Logistics Command and Control (C2) Officer with Command and Control Training and Education
Center of Excellence (C2 TECOE) and as the Current Operations Officer with MAGTF Staff Training Program (MSTP) at
Quantico, VA. Served as the Prepositioning Officer for Headquarters Marine Corps Installations and Logistics (HQMC
I&L). Served as the Assistant Chief of Staff (AC/S) G-4 with Marine Forces Korea (MARFORK) in Seoul, Korea.
